ORGANIZATION / FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


Do you organize documents inside the boxes only? Or can you also organize documents inside folders?

Archive organization is performed based on our customers’ requirements. We can organize documents of each box (or archiving unit) and also the documents inside folders inside the boxes.

How do you label the content of the boxes?

Boxes that have been inventoried and organized are labeled with the following information: box number, general description of the content, quantity of folders, business unit and any other information requested by the customer. When folders are being organized, they are also labeled.


How do you provide the information of the content of the boxes?

A database is created to indicate the contents of the archiving unit (boxes or folders). The fields on this database are determined based on each customer’s input.


Can you move my archive to a new location?

Yes; we have specialized personnel that can easily move your archive to a new location. An assessment of the archive and furniture is performed in both, origin and destination. We take care of the packing, transporting, discharge and organization in the new location.


When moving the archive, can you also change the folders organization in the shelves?

Yes. We can reorganize the archive to satisfy your needs. Folders can be organized by business unit, alphabetically and chronologically, among others. The database you’ll receive will provide you with the exact location of each box or folder.


Are your storage facilities equipped with the necessary features to keep my boxes protected?

Yes; our storage facilities are specially designed to protect your information. Your documents will be stored on special shelve units equipped with fumigation and security systems that control humidity and detect smoke. This way we can ensure your documents will always be organized, clean and safe.
