  What is AIRE SAAS?

AIRE under the SaaS model is the way that allows businesses to access this powerful software with a minimal financial investment. The term 'SaaS' comes from the English acronym 'Software as a Service'. The software is hosted in the cloud and for that reason it is also known as 'cloud software'. The special feature of this service is that customers do not need to buy a license to install it on the computer but, accesses the software via Internet and for the use of AIRE only pays a monthly fee.

AIRE includes the following implementation services:

AIRE SYSTEM:

+ Applications: AIRE Administrative (design of Catalogs, workflows, etc.); AIRE (entering and consulting documents, Mail, etc.).

+ System Manual (in digital format).

+ Standards and Procedures Manual (digital format).

+ Remote Support via Internet.

INNOVATIONS (OPTIONAL SERVICES):

AIRE under the SaaS model offers two complementary applications whose undertaking is optional. These applications are: “On-Line Storage Module” and “Integration with Mobile Devices”.

Following are the main features for these applications:

On-Line Storage Module:

This module allows you to take control over file storage warehouses. Functions that can be applied with this module are the following:

+ Allows consulting the Catalog for boxes and files inventory via Web.

+ Allows entering orders for boxes, folders, documents or images.

+ Allows tracking orders through a workflow.

+ Allows transcribe data for new units; printing labels; processing of withdrawal requests.

+ The application controls mobile devices for reading barcodes (PDA).

+ Reading devices can print retirement vouchers after printed labels are read from the application.

+ Generates tables to be used by the billing application regarding information on quantities and type of service.

Integration with Mobile Devices:

AIRE allows integration with mobile devices for barcodes reading; however, the application only works with the ''On-Line Storage Module''.

Some advantages of the application are:

+ Communication between device and application for validating label reading against barcode information.

+ Generating records lists for validation against barcodes readings.

+ Verification processes to compare information regarding unit location against storage furniture identification.

+ Printing of delivery or receipt vouchers through mobile device in order to be signed in site by receiver.

+ The application allows label design and fields selection to be printed in a barcode format.

+ Compatible with most brands of bar code readers as Motorola, Honeywell, Xenon, etc.

+ Directly controls the device drivers with minimal adaptations for the application.

+ Courses: Expert AIRE; Administrator AIRE; Transcriber AIRE; User AIRE.

+ Course On-Line Storage Module

+ On-Line Storage Module Consulting

CONTRACT CONDITIONS:

+ AIRE under the SaaS model works on servers provided by Grupo Archicentro.

+ The Cloud Storage Service for data and attachments (images, electronic files, voice, video, etc.) will be provided by NIMBUS, a trademark of Grupo Archicentro.

+ Monthly fee includes: application maintenance; use of database manager MS-SQL Server; upgrade of any new version of AIRE software.

AIRE under the SaaS model offers many advantages to customers; some of them are:

+ The client will have access to this powerful software with a minimal financial investment. Customer does not need to buy a license but, accesses the software via Internet and for the use of AIRE only pays a monthly fee.

+ Files processing and storage is done on remote servers.

+ Operating costs are reduced because the client does not need to invest in personnel; purchase of licenses, servers or databases. The service includes infrastructure and maintenance service.

+ Customer has immediate access (24x7); only requires Internet access using a Web browser. Customer does not have to install any software or be subject to use any particular computer in order to use AIRE.

+ The service offers all security guarantees through its secure connection and encrypting protocols.
